Do not support this company!! The craftsmanship is NOT worth the price you pay for a piece. I was a former employee at a jewelry company in Akron and I have experienced multiple customers who have complained about their stamps being crooked and their jump rings falling off on their HeatherBMoore pieces. Heather has stolen other businesses designs including small businesses! This place is so unoriginal. Do your research and check out other local artists before you spend your money here.
Absolutely first class organization. My wife's growing HBM necklace had about $50K worth of charms on it, and growing dating back to about 12 years ago when we started it. We had to ship one of the pieces to them recently due to the clasp breaking off. Someone that works for USPS saw the name on the package, broke into it, stole the piece, and put toothpaste in the package to make it seem like nothing was missing. My wife was heartbroken.
