Most dismissive doctors I have ever seen. The answering service people are extremely unhelpful. If you have an emergency and need to be seen immediately they don’t care, they’ll ask you to come in a week later. I don’t know who in their right mind would insert a IUD specifically for woman who have already given birth to a 15 year old. Every-time I would come in saying the IUD wasn’t for me they would drill into my head it’s perfectly in place and nothing is wrong. Professional, competent and knowledgeable. Answered ALL my questions with patience and concern. Addressed and explained new medical concerns after the examination. Friendly and a good listener. Excellent experience
The office staff were both professional and proficient. Dr. Applebaum was knowledgeable with an approachable bedside manner which my daughter greatly appreciated.
