Bad experience! Please read! The apts. are newly remodeled but poorly done. There was dried paint and wood shavings on some of the countertops and even the shower when I moved in. I had constant problems with the water and hot-water heater. The windows are very old and thin. Air was constantly seeping in causing my energy bill to be higher. The units do not have central air.
