My wife and I were lucky to see Heather when she first opened her practice, and we’ve been with her since. We’ve been to many RMTs before her, and she is truly superior in technique. I had a wrist injury from soccer, which she helped heal over a couple of sessions. She does deep tissue sports massages for me, as I do a lot of strength training, weight lifting and soccer.

I’ve been seeing Heather regularly since 2023, and she’s the best by far! I prefer deep tissue massages, which she is fantastic at, and leave with issues resolved that my chiro and physio couldn’t. Her space has such a relaxing ambience. She is responsive and a pleasure to engage with for scheduling, rescheduling and changing focus areas for muscle aches and relief

I have been seeing Heather regularly for massage for more than a year. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have tried many over the years but I have no need to look elsewhere. She has helped me tremendously with long term back pain from years of dental hygiene and also has provided so much relief for a severe ankle sprain I suffered from 6 years ago.
