Heather is not only very knowledgable, she makes you so comfortable. She is easy to talk to about extremely personal matters. She really listens and does everything possible to help you feel better and understand exactly what is going on. She doesn't rush you, she spends as much time with you as needed.
This isn't your typical review as I have been to so many Drs. and FNP's I had to write them down to remember them. Right away I could tell that Heather was listening to me and not diagnosing me while I was speaking. As we spent more time going over the details of one of my conditions I felt as if Heather really cared and could sympathize with my plight.
