My experience with Heather Bee for testing was definitely wanting. After a couple years in contemplation, I can’t explicitly conclude what led to the poor testing experience? That being said, people of color, or parents of children of color may be better served by working with someone trained in a trauma informed approach. As a colleague of Dr. Bee, I have found her to be ethical, thoughtful, and knowledgeable in the practice of psychology. I feel confident in sending clients to her because I know they will be cared for in an evidenced-based and empathic manner. I recommend her without reservation!

I saw Dr Bee was given a 1 star review and that couldn't be a more incorrect reflection of her practice. I met with Dr Bee originally for an evaluation, it took us a couple sessions to get through it and by the end I wanted to see her regularly. She was such a calming presence. We have worked together for quite a while now and she's helped me navigate several situations, and learn new tools to be more successful in life. Her assistant Bear is the cutest!
