The receptionist (didn’t catch her name) and vet Joe were very kind and empathic when we had to take our guinea pig in to be euthanized this evening. We were given a private room to grieve and the process was efficient and quick, exactly what we needed when feeling overwhelmed and sad. Thank you to both of you for your service and humility.
Dr Nashed and the lovely nursing staff at Heathcote are wonderful and I highly recommend taking your pets there. Dr Nashed was thorough during the consult, with great communication, knowledge and genuine care for my foster cat.
Vet Joe experience is very reassuring and his plans always bring best results for our much loved pets, past and present. Vet Nurses and Reception are very familiar with our pet's case, which is extremely helpful. This is a wonderful vet practice.

The team tried their very best to help our cat and were very thorough. When it wasn’t working any more they were so very compassionate and let us go at our own pace when we had to let him go. I couldn’t be more grateful for the respect they showed my family and our cat.
