Tony and the crew at HRCC are helpful and great to deal with. I think locals know that Tony is a busy guy and if he ignores you for a few minutes it's because he has something on his plate at that time, he will get to you as soon as he is done. This took me a few times of standing there like a stunned mullet to work out that my business is important to these guys but its not McD's and sometimes you just have to wait.
