They accept face to face appointments and telehealth appointments. Dr Shan is very professional and speaks in a calming manner. Very helpful and understanding. Can provide scripts straight to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy is able to delivery directly to home (found this incredibly helpful during lockdown). There's also a female nurse on Wednesdays.

I was overdue for a routine colonoscopy which was recommended by a specialist that I saw at St Vincent's about 6 years ago. I was told by the specialist that in order to be put on the public system waiting list I would have to have another consultation costing $300. Since there was nothing wrong with me and a diagnosis had already been made 6 years ago I thought it was inappropriate and wrong to pay all that money simply to included on a list and nothing more.
