I attended the clinic two days after being discharged from an unexpected week-long hospital stay, still struggling with sleeplessness and ongoing health concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Pradeep Pokharel was disappointing. excellent service very friendly medical and admin staff
Only interested in money locking people up nursing in nursing home
The doctors are excellent but the admin are horrible and try to squeeze every last cent out of you. The doctored missed one box on a medical and they charges me a full second appointment for literally 1 minute of the doctors time. Very rude when I said I didn't want to pay them to transfer my records to my new doctor. If I could rate them no stars I would. Go anywhere else.
Joke of a doctors office, try to book an appointment and get told they can’t do that and I’ll just have to call in the morning to try and get one, every single time I’ve tried calling for an appointment I haven’t got one
