I had an accident while gardening this afternoon & injured my eye & went to Heathcote Health, they were amazing l was seen to in less than 10 minutes & Dr Hong was so caring & professional. Our little town is so lucky to have this facility.
I attended the clinic two days after being discharged from an unexpected week-long hospital stay, still struggling with sleeplessness and ongoing health concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Pradeep Pokharel was disappointing. Despite my recent hospitalisation and clear distress, he did not address my insomnia, only noting that I was experiencing anxiety. excellent service very friendly medical and admin staff
Only interested in money locking people up nursing in nursing home
The doctors are excellent but the admin are horrible and try to squeeze every last cent out of you. The doctored missed one box on a medical and they charges me a full second appointment for literally 1 minute of the doctors time. Very rude when I said I didn't want to pay them to transfer my records to my new doctor. If I could rate them no stars I would. Go anywhere else.
