They seem to have difficulty keeping doctors, and the admin staff make errors. I was sent a bill for a consult on a date I was in hospital. I was charged twice for a consult, because the doctor made an error, when filling out forms.

Doctors/ nurses at the hospital made a false statement I did not make. They gave no answer to my question or notified me of the dangers I was in. They wouldn't give me a medical certificate or my medical info from being admitted. It took over. Year for my doctors to get most of what was needed and funny enough wouldn't release my file for 4th August 2023. Disgustingly poor service and show no Care for any ones health.

I had an accident while gardening this afternoon & injured my eye & went to Heathcote Health, they were amazing l was seen to in less than 10 minutes & Dr Hong was so caring & professional. Our little town is so lucky to have this facility.

I attended the clinic two days after being discharged from an unexpected week-long hospital stay, still struggling with sleeplessness and ongoing health concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Pradeep Pokharel was disappointing. Despite my recent hospitalisation and clear distress, he did not address my insomnia, only noting that I was experiencing anxiety.
