Heath Stairworks did a excellent job of helping us design, plan and execute the installation of a new handrail, newel posts, balusters to create a new staircase look that fits our home. We are very pleased with the work and the finished product and would recommend Heath Stairworks to others.
We had our banister replaced by this company back in 2018. I tried contacting back in 2021 because the person who remodeled did not prep and paint properly. There is cracking and paint coming up in every corner. No response. Poor quality. Poor service. Do not recommend.
