Great locally owned hardware store with excellent customer service.
These guys know what they are doing. I have brought in both Milwaukee and DeWalt tools for repair and never disappointed. They take a couple of days but it's worth the wait.
Always helpful staff. Great local store to have around.
Had 4 makita batteries go bad under warranty, they tested for free and started claim process. Didn't have in stock so shipping to me at no cost. Also picked up a couple extra things I didn't know I needed...lol. Great service and friendly staff.
I would prefer to send my tools to Milwaukee for service in the future.
