Great to catch up with Aaron today we must cath up with a beer next time
Had issues with DPD sensor, apparently has been an issue with 2018 models. Isuzu replaced the sensor, hoses supplied labour without charge even though vehicle just out of warranty. Could not fault their customer service and highly recommend.
*********Steer clear of this place ******************************** extremely poor work practices and customer service nonexistent every time I have used them it's been a nightmare do yourself a Favour and keep driving past had my engine apart and all my cylinders full of dirt and exposed to the elements while waiting for parts, spoke to branch manager about it didn't care, didn't even email me back
Went in twice to try to sort out problem with truck.Whoever is in charge couldn't be bothered coming out to see myself or have a talk to come up with a solution for problem. Sent poor front desk girl back and forth with my conversations. Worst service ever in my 37 years as a diesel fitter from an OEM business.
