I have a 105 year old house and Heath Mechanical installed a new Eco Tech boiler for me. They arrived every day at the designated time. They worked very hard the entire day. They wore shoe covers and laid tarps down to prevent any damage to my rugs. When they were finished they left my basement cleaner than it was before. I had a negative experience with this company. I called for routine seasonal maintenance on my heating system, which was working fine. While the technician was working the heat stopped working. The technician did not fix the problem and instead wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to have repairs done. I am deeply dissatisfied with how the technician operated and his refusal to fix the heater, which stopped working while he was at my house.
