Doug and his team responded on short notice during a heat wave and worked all day the day before Independence Day to diagnose and repair our AC system. Doug dealt directly with the manufacturer to redeem the warranty for the parts that had failed. Truly exceptional service!!!
Jun 2025. Doug helped us again; this time with a hidden leak from an upstairs shower. He did a thorough, accurate and patient job diagnosing the cause and identifying the fix. Greg and Raoul did a terrific job on the fix and carefully sealed off a downstairs room to contain the dust and debris. They treated our home with a lot of care and made sure the issue was fixed. Heath Mechanical has installed two ducted heat pumps in our home in the past year. Running and installing ceiling and floor ductwork in an older home can be confined, hot and difficult work. They performed with great skill. I appreciate it that it’s their policy to wear shoe covers in the house and to lay down tacky matting on stairs and finished floors that they must walk on.
