We went through Doug, on a purchase of our house. Our realtor referred us to him, but it has been a horrible process working with him. Paperwork took forever, we closed on our house in September of 2020, and here it is March 2021 and we still have not recieved our copy of the paperwork we signed. We have called, and emailed him numerous times woth no response. I tried again today, and finally got him to answer the phone, and yet his response is I am working on it.
