I recently purchased the 16 2piece gourds and pole kit. One of the gourd rods was missing so I called customer support. The phone answered in three rings and my missing rod arrived in three days. The quality of the gourds and the pole is very good, especially considering the very reasonable price. My wife thinks the gourds are beautiful and the martins seem to like them. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
Purchased Oriole Vineyard Feeder from Amazon and one of the 4 feeder cups was broken. Orioles were already enjoying feeder so sent letter directly to Heath explaining my problem. Carrie mailed off a new feeder cup to me the next day…shout out to great customer service.
I really enjoyed delivering to these folks. I had more product than they culd hold so I had to stay there for a while and they were extremely friendly, like people are supposed to be most times.
I ordered a birdhouse from Heath Out Door Products. shipment was missing parts. Called customer service they said they would ship parts. I never received after 5 days. Called back they had no record of me calling earlier. I explained I did not need the bird house if I didn't get the parts. The lady said that they would ship the cheapest way possible then she hung up the phone . This is customer service a5 it's worse. If you need a bird house I sugest you shop elsewhere. Tom Sullivan
Above and beyond customer service! Recently, I ordered a 10-pack of suet cakes from Heath though Amazon. The box arrived with only 9 cakes. I reached out to Heath directly rather than go through Amazon, only requesting the shorted 1 suet cake. Heath, instead shipped me a box of 10 cakes. Superb customer service. Thank you Heath!
