Heath Electrical fitted new spotlights in my kitchen and new sockets Inc tv sockets in the bedrooms. The electrician was friendly, professional and very courteous, even going the extra mile and putting the tv’s and brackets up on the wall for me. The work carried out is great.
Firstly heath electrical sorted out a long-standing problem with water pressure in my old Potterton boiler. When that boiler kept having a different fault a year, I got their quote for a Worcester Bosch replacement, just in time before yet another fault. The replacement went fine, over a couple of days, and the new boiler has been trouble-free over the last winter.
Oil boiler stopped working a week ago and my previous engineer who now only does gas recommended heath electrical. Called and got booked in for a week later (you would expect a decent company to be busy). Engineer was polite, professional and explained fully what he was doing. Got the job fixed and boiler running perfect. Definitely recommend.
I had a great experience with Heath. When I first requested a quote I was called straight away and given an explanation of costs. The electrician was also able to point out some faults in the wiring that once we got fixed we received a cert for. Found the engineer and customer service very helpful. Would use again.
They ensured that at the end of each day we were left with some usable hot water and explained all controls on the final day. I was very happy with Heath Electrical and would definitely recommend them.
