For being New in the Reno area, I was apprehensive of finding a good Electrical contractor. I have been in the trades for over 40 years and have worked with a lot of skilled professionals. I have to say Heath Electric was a blessing. Kris is fast, neat, efficient and has many great ideas. I highly recommend Heath Electric as they are one of the best.
Called him out to fix wafer heater. He ended up making the power not work to the second story of our home. Then he claimed the house needed to be rewired. My electrician friend and construction bosses all said he messed up and needs to come fix it. He says 20-30k rewire. He totally messed up our house. Calling the electrician board and filing a complaint. Do not use this guy. Charged 500 for less then an hour and broke our house. Complete swindler worst electrician ever. We were extremely happy with Kris. He made time to come out and discuss the job we needed done. He acknowledged all questions, was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable saving us from extra work. We would highly recommend!
I would highly recommend using Kris and Heath Electric. Kris was prompt, professional and efficient in replacing 4 exterior lights for me. He also went above and beyond when he offered to install the new house numbers I had, certainly not something I expected him to do. I already have plans to call Heath Electric again in the near future for some other projects. Thanks so much Kris!
