Our taxes still aren’t done, even though we dropped off our tax records in March. After weeks of emails with little to no response, they finally told us they did not have our records. They appear to have lost our tax documents, yet they have shown very little urgency or interest in finding them, fixing the problem, or even apologizing for what happened.

First time coming here for a referral and I should’ve done Turbo tax. I am still getting mail from the IRS about taxes from 3 years ago. In 2023, my spouse and I were ignored until nearly the next tax season. We were calling, emailing, with no response. No phone calls were being returned.
