Great company! I called and was able to make an appointment with ease. They were one week out so I took the first appointment available they had for Vancouver Washington. Andrew and Tyler called me day of and let me know when they were leaving their last site to let me know what their ETA was for our appointment. They were efficient, respectful of time, had great communication, and cleaned up the site better than they found it. I installed my Mr. Cool system and there was a warranty problem right away. Jake and Chris came out and did a full diagnostic and communicated with Mr. Cool to get the right part here and they installed a fancy new thermostat...the service was FANTASTIC and the price was just AMAZING! I'll call them every time! They are in Vancouver and I'm in Hillsboro and they made the trip and did the work cheerfully!
We had a Mr. Cool DIY system installed by our general contractor, but shortly after setup, it displayed an error code. We reached out to several heating and cooling companies for help, but no one would touch it. All we heard were negative comments about Mr. Cool, and not a single company was willing to assist. These guys are great. They were friendly, professional, and prompt. They were able to quickly diagnose a manufacturing defect in my new DIY mini-split system and didn't even charge me for the visit. Highly recommended!
