First time we had been to Heaterz. Brittany was very nice and helpful, answering our questions and kindly making suggestions. When we were waiting for our food, which took just a few minutes, Dontae, the cook, came out and greeted us by saying "It's a great day to be alive". That was enough to let us know we were at the right place! He said he loves his job and told us he hoped we would love the chicken.
