Great company - stands behind their products. I ordered a cyclone 8 boot dryer which arrived after several weeks damaged. James was very professional, shipped a replacement unit immediately and helped coordinate the pickup of the damaged unit. Very pleased with the service and the product looks great after I installed it today.
I am grateful for stable and virtuous companies like Heater Craft. I was recently able to purchase repair parts for my 21 year old Bayliner boat with a Heater Craft shower. I had some water freeze in a tee fitting over the winter which cracked the fitting. How satisfying that I could order relatively inexpensive parts online so that I didn't have to buy a whole new shower assembly. The shower works again like new! The customer service at Heater Craft is exemplary.
