My heater stopped working yesterday; within 45 minutes of an SMS this morning, I had a confirmed booking, for the same day! David called to confirm he was on his way, showed up within the estimated timeframe (2-4hrs), got straight to work, found & fixed the issue within an hour, and all for a competitive price. He gave me some helpful advice and was overall fantastic, a perfect mix of friendly & professional. Highly recommend!

As the BRIVIS heater failed, David came well prepared with the needed parts to fix the problem. with in an hour we are out of the cold back to a fully heated house. I was glad have fix2qik technician (David) diagnose my Stadt Gas Heater problem, and for him to install a replacement circuit board with 24month warranty, which he had previously refurbished himself. He gave practical considerations for ongoing maintenance of the ducting system too. And of course he got the main system working consistently again. The technician is a lovely man and he does his job really well. He recognised the problem quickly, was happy to explain it clearly and spent time doing his work thoroughly. Very reasonable price too! I will definitely call them again 👍
