I didn’t have any service done by Matt because I was out of range for him, however I wanted to post because he was so helpful in giving me names of multiple reputable companies in my area and took a few minutes to trouble shoot the issue with me as well. Great guy.

We called at 6 and Matt was there in less than 2 hours. He took great care of us walking us through everything and ensuring we knew what needed to be done and what we would be paying for ! We called so many other places and HeatCool1 was the first place I called that connected me with a technician immediately ! The whole process was timely, professional and pleasant.
