I had to call HearCool1 for an emergency as it was getting dark. My vents were putting out warm air in June and it was hot. I called and he came right away and was very professional and very nice. His pricing was also very fair and reasonable and he didn't try to "take me" just because it was an emergency. He was quick and efficient and polite and I'd recommend this company highly to anyone.

Matt came out to diagnose an issue with my HVAC system and was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain everything he was checking, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel like he was rushing or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He walked me through his thought process, cleaned the coil, made some adjustments, and explained why he wanted to come back to continue diagnosing the issue instead of just replacing parts and guessing.
