Harry went above and beyond to get my heater working today. One rodent chewed wire meant trips under the house and into the ceiling. He braved the rain and the cold to have my place warm again before a houseful of visitors on the weekend. He was friendly and polite and I highly recommend him.
Had to have a new heating unit and ducting redo, Harry the absolute legend did it in less then half a day and now my heating works better then ever!
27/5/26 Had a routine service on my Ducted heater Ceiling installation Thought I would Share my experience here rather than an email as the service guy turned up as scheduled all ok he maybe thought he was on a building site as his boots were filthy trampling shit all up the stairs and on the landing he attempted to clean the return air grate and filter outside with my garden hose all ok until he had no rags or no idea as returned with a dripping grate . Harry came around to fix a fault code on our gas heating. Turned out our gas heating system had problem after problem and needed to be replaced. Harry did an amazing job, was professional and personable. What turned out to be a huge job, he got fixed in a day. We're extremely happy with the service and will use heat cool masters for all our heating/cooling needs in future.
Very poor experience, Had an appointment booked 11am they called an hour after the initial time 11:57 to say they were running late, 45 minutes later they still weren't here after saying they were 30 minutes away, James in the office did not care less about the customer experience. Us them if you want to waste your time
