After contacting about 10 different gas heating service agents who all came up with excuses as to why they couldn't help me, Cairan came along and fixed our gas, wall-mounted heater without any problems or fuss at all. That was the day after I had called their office to enquire. He certainly knows gas heaters, he is pleasant to deal with and helpful too. Recommended.
These people are amazing. It gives you faith in modern businesses. First job was on time with duct replacement following up with great advice from James which enabled another on time installation of a new heater. Thanks to all involved.
Very pleased with scope of works by technicians. We had to replace a heater unit that was 50 years old and in a very awkward place under the house. They did a fantastic job.
We have had excellent experiences with HeatCool. We have now used them on 3 different occasions for 3 different jobs and have been happy with the outcome of all 3 the scope of works have been done meticulously and professionally. All staff engaged have been lovely to liaise with and very communicative. All in all they are a very helpful, friendly and professional team at HeatCool and I would highly recommend to anyone!
