27/5/26 Had a routine service on my Ducted heater Ceiling installation Thought I would Share my experience here rather than an email as the service guy turned up as scheduled all ok he maybe thought he was on a building site as his boots were filthy trampling shit all up the stairs and on the landing he attempted to clean the return air grate and filter outside with my garden hose all ok until he had no rags or no idea as returned with a dripping grate . Harry came around to fix a fault code on our gas heating. Turned out our gas heating system had problem after problem and needed to be replaced. Harry did an amazing job, was professional and personable. What turned out to be a huge job, he got fixed in a day. We're extremely happy with the service and will use heat cool masters for all our heating/cooling needs in future.
Very poor experience, Had an appointment booked 11am they called an hour after the initial time 11:57 to say they were running late, 45 minutes later they still weren't here after saying they were 30 minutes away, James in the office did not care less about the customer experience. Us them if you want to waste your time
Great service...a special call out to Harry. He did a great job on the installation. He was very professional and polite. Definitely been using this company and Harry again.
Thank you for installing a Bremer Dominator heating/cooling system to replace our old gas heater. We were very pleased with the efficiency of the two men, James and Daniel, who did the installation, their attention to detail and the kind and courteous way they interacted with us. Top marks!
