Scheduled a service and had my water pump replaced. One week later when the pump started leaking, I booked them again to resolve. First time no show, then cancelled and no follow up. Thanks.
Disappointing experience. Initially, Stan was responsive and helpful. However, once it became clear that my job was a little more complex, communication dropped off completely. Our gas ducted heating system failed and Stan provided quotes for either replacing it with gas or upgrading the home to an 18kW reverse-cycle system, which was our preferred option. Had a great experience with Heat Cool Masters' team. From initial call, through to fixing my split system issue, every step of the way everyone on the team was super friendly and the fix was done to the highest quality. I will definitely be going back to the team for any other systems or maintenance that I may need in the future. Highly recommend.
Initially they didn't show up for the appointment scheduled, after waiting an hour past the scheduled time, I called and was informed they weren't able to make it & rescheduled. The person who attended was great & very friendly. Unfortunately we needed a part that he didn't have and to have the part supplied and installed would incur another $350 call out fee ontop of the $350 we had to pay for the initial call out + the part required.
Great service from the outset. Fair and honest quoting. Friendly and professional service too. Would recommend.
