We have had excellent experiences with HeatCool. We have now used them on 3 different occasions for 3 different jobs and have been happy with the outcome of all 3 the scope of works have been done meticulously and professionally. All staff engaged have been lovely to liaise with and very communicative. All in all they are a very helpful, friendly and professional team at HeatCool and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Very happy with the service technician that changed over the evaporative cooling unit. It appears to be working well and we'll test drive it this weekend to make sure. He was a lovely man who demonstrated how the unit works and ensured that he provided the relevant booklet. I wish all service technicians were so pleasant! Well done.
