Arrived right on time. New all parts of the evaporative cooler and answered all questions. Explained the problem and the fix. Gave suggestions for improvements. Very friendly and professional.

Really appreciate Stan and James from Heatcool! I had the team replace my hot water service as well as my heating and cooling system in Mount Waverley, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team are super organised, really friendly and genuinely great to have onsite. They made the whole process so easy! Disappointing and Unprofessional Service – Do Not Recommend I booked HeatCoolMasters to repair my Archer Gas Log Fire IS100. When making the online request on 15/08/26, and again when speaking to Darren during booking, I clearly explained the issue: the front burner ignition sparks, but no gas flows, likely due to a faulty gas valve.On 24/08/26, Daniel arrived to complete the job.
