Dorthy.. or Heatayr as she called herself needs to take ownership of the mistakes the company makes. I've never spoken to suvh a childish adult in all my life, her people skills match the workers incompetence.

Woke up to find boiler not working - major issue with a baby and 3 year old in the house and outside temps in the minus. Tried a couple of places and nobody could come out same day. HeatAyr went out of their way to get someone to me later that afternoon. Boiler was fixed and heating back on within an hour of arrival. Engineer was efficient and friendly and the charge was fair too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, although hopefully I wont have to!

Two Winters ago my boiler broke down on a freezing day,we are in our 80s and very vulnerable. We phoned our service supplier o'niels who refused to attend for two weeks. Phoned heatayr who responded and had our heating up and running within the hour. Since then they have installed my mew bathroom and radiators throughout the house. Minor problems are no problem and they go out of the way to help us people, with no rip off. Joe Carson

Unreliable! I made a boiler service appointment a week in advance but they failed to show up. When I called the office, they had no details of the job on their system.
