Thanks to Reece and grant for completing the bathroom repairs on the day they said they would , efficient reliable service would definitely recommend! Also thanks to Dorothy in the office for keeping me informed .

We were left without heat,water,cooker, and as it is a holiday let and with guests arriving at 4pm we were in a bit of a panic. The first company we phoned could not help us, then we contacted HeatAyr so glad we did the reseptionist was first class we explained our situation being that we get a lot of guests with health issues and to find them another let until we got it fixed would not have been ideal. The plumber arrived within 30min all done in another 30min. Ecellent service thank you do much.

Prompt service, efficient and would not hesitate to recommend. We've had plenty of charlatans in the past so welcome relief to get our shower fixed.

Dorthy.. or Heatayr as she called herself needs to take ownership of the mistakes the company makes. I've never spoken to suvh a childish adult in all my life, her people skills match the workers incompetence.

Woke up to find boiler not working - major issue with a baby and 3 year old in the house and outside temps in the minus. Tried a couple of places and nobody could come out same day. HeatAyr went out of their way to get someone to me later that afternoon. Boiler was fixed and heating back on within an hour of arrival. Engineer was efficient and friendly and the charge was fair too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, although hopefully I wont have to!
