Heat2Cool were very clear to me about their £100 cash call out charge and told me it included an hour of labour during which they would either resolve the issue or diagnose and provide a quote to fix. I was happy with those terms. When the engineer arrived I reminded him about the issue (water hammer) and he spent 10 minutes looking around before phoning his boss.
