Very poor service! I asked Adam to attend to a rental property and he changed the PCB board. A week later the boiler failed. I visited the property myself and tested the power and changed the fuse. I called Adam and asked him what else to try and he said he will need to visit. A week later he visited and said it was just switched off and charged £72.00 for the privilege. Adam sets a high standard in Boiler Replacement and repair. I fully recommend this company for quick response times and work carried out efficiently and at a fair price. Sally who supports with administration is also brilliant. Thanks Heat Zone.
Outstanding service. I called this morning with a broken boiler, Adam attended within a couple of hours. He identified the broken part and came back this afternoon to fit it. All working now. Very efficient, highly recommended.
