I came in after taking some time off, the coaches and members were very welcoming. I’ve improved in my overall health and enjoy working out everyday.
This gym is super welcoming and has a great community. I drop in whenever I’m in town and on vacation. Not only have they welcomed me and made me feel a part of their community, they challenge and push me as well. Workouts are challenging and with members of every level, there is always someone to chase.
Favorite Crossfit gym that I have been too! Friendly and experienced staff. Always open to helping you with whatever is going on that you might not understand! Dont be scared come check it out!
Love the atmosphere and encouragement from everyone! Coach Mitch, Jordynn and Lisa are the coaches I've had and all three are awesome! Great class workouts and awesome people what better way to get fit!
