My brother in law convinced me to give this new HIIT gym a try back in December (the new addition in BHC). It has been awesome! The trainers are great (shoutout to Val and Taylor) the classes are fun and challenging and it’s helping me achieve some health/fitness goals I’ve put off for far too long. The energy in Heatwave is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and eager in getting to know you. What sticks out above all is how much everyone is willing to help you achieve your goals and success! Highly recommend giving them a try! They have a awesome beginner trial to look into!
I am impressed with the way Lisa is able to train me with movements I didn’t even know I could do. She is very knowledgeable and professional. It is a great environment. Thank you Mitch for the opportunity at a great facility
Love Heatwave CrossFit…I came on a three day pass and here I am going into my seventh week! It feels like family when you walk in, everyone is very motivating, and I love how the workouts can be scaled to your abilities. I would rather spend my days at Heatwave CrossFit!
