Unfortunately the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. I bought a pellet stove from George about 5 years ago. From the first season, the stove had a problem with the ignitor. I have had to replace the ignitor 5-7 times since I have had the stove (I lost count). At first, Heat Wave was accomodating and made the repair, no charge. Unfortunately, some of the poorest service I have received in some time. The owner makes you feel like youre asking for the world even if your requests are perfectly reasonable. One of his guys damaged our brand new wood stove, making it inoperable, and then treated us like we were being "high maintenance". Im sure hed expect responsible and ethical service if he was the one paying. Lazy, bare-minimum approach the north country is infamous for.
