My hot water went out on New Year's Eve day, Art answered the phone at town heat , I explained my situation to him he said he would be there shortly after 2 pm, as soon as he arrived and looked at my boiler and water heater he immediately diagnosed the problem and after 35 minutes, I had plenty of hot water, I am a very satisfied customer
