After living 15 years with a used, temperamental pellet stove, we purchased the “top of the line” pellet stove at our local big box retailer, only to be let down within months of the purchase- only to be led thru the winter by help on an 800# only open during the same hours I worked outside the home. Javier is very knowledgeable. He helped me over the phone and walked me through several things, and I found out what I was doing wrong. These guys are great! I can't recommend this place enough!
The guys at Heat Survival are the best. I bought 2 pellet stoves. The prices were great and their customer service has been over the top impressive. I can’t say enough how happy I am with my experience there.
