I've really enjoyed the Lift classes at Heat Strength. I'm still pretty new to lifting, but both Megan and Jake have been awesome about helping with my form and making sure I'm lifting safely without overdoing it. I've already noticed a big difference since I started, and the classes are actually fun. They go by really fast, but I definitely feel the workout the next day. 😅 The best part for me is how welcoming everyone is. I started going to Heat a month ago and already see results! It’s one of the few gyms a I’ve found in Raleigh that focuses on form and true strength training. I joined with almost only a Pilates/Barre background and found the class format and options to be attainable and not intimidating. All levels truly can flourish here. Jake is my trainer. Our goal is to make me stronger. He is so knowledgeable and works with all my body problems. He pushes me but not to the extent that I hurt. I love the place. They also have tons of equipment and classes.
