Perfect workout every time. Jake and Meg know exactly what they’re doing. I hated the idea of joining a workout class. I always worked out on my own. But the program they put you on is designed to not only get results, but set you up for the next days workout. I never feel like I can’t do the lifts because of what I lifted the day before. Heat is a GREAT place to work out! I’ve been going to the group classes and I’ve had a great experience! The coaches are knowledgeable in programming and technique! They give great feedback during class while keeping it fun! The community is a plus too! There is a wide range of class times which works well with my varied work schedule.
Heat Strength is the best spot in town! I live out of town, but anytime I'm back in Raleigh, I try and drop in for class. The community is super welcoming, and you're always going to get a super effective workout by the best in the industry!
