My daughter is a freshman in high school and plays volleyball. HEAT was recommended to us, to help her improve her game. After a couple of months, she already feels a huge improvement in her power, her speed and her confidence on the court. More importantly she loves going to her sessions with “Z”- he works the kids hard, but he also makes it so fun for them. I highly recommend!
