very nice person, punctual, did what he said he was going to do. Did it quickly and it looks great. I was recommended Brad and I now recommend him.
Brad is professional, polite and efficient. We originally called Brad as we had our upstairs air conditioner fail. Shortly after that our evaporative cooler also malfunctioned. Brad came out and assessed the faults on both. He explained what was required and which parts would be needed. We were provided with quotes to both repair and replace the air conditioner and also to repair the evaporative cooler. Great service very friendly and knowledgeable good price
I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of Brad. He came out to service my two Hisense Split Systems, and to assess one for repair. Brad is a rare gem of a tradie - he arrived at the time he’d given me, and where he could easily have done the repair work himself and left me none the wiser, he took the time to chase up whether the unit that needed repairs was still under warranty, which it is.
