I had 2 accounts for 2 properties and faithfully paid every month. Foe some reasom, I received a call 6 months ago saying that I wasnt paying and they wanted copies of my bank statements to prove that I was paying. However, it was resolved as it turned out, their accounting/record system was at fault, not me. This week, this company called my son with the same issue. Fantastic, friendly and reliable service. Installed a new boiler for me - gave me the choice of two options, one more affordable option and a premium option - I took the premium option as it comes with a 10 year warranty, including all parts and labour. I also have a monthly service contract with Heat Secured, covering my full central heating system, radiators and all, for an affordable price. Great to support family business like this, would recommend to anyone in the Central Belt.
