I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with this place has been poor. I went in to get my hair done with Kennedi. I had been getting blonde partial balayages done and wanted to go back to my natural brown hair. She mixed up the color without showing me. It came out black. When i pointed this out, she said it was because i had to get use to it going from blonde to darker. she admitted it came out darker than expect but did not apologize or anything. i was still charged full price and even for the extra color needed f... read more
I have been going to Heat for many years. It has always been a great experience. Miranda is my go-to gal! She really knows my hair and most of the time I tell her to do what ever she thinks will work best for me. She is the expert:) I Highly recommend Heat Salon. Many awesome other stylists too.
