Poor communication. Plumber did not arrive at all, this was pre booked. When I chased, I was advised I would receive a call back but heard nothing. I had to arrange for another company to do the work. Who came today and fixed the problem.

Superb annual boiler service, originally by Robert Davies but now usually by a member of his team. In 30 years of property owning in London, I never had the boiler serviced like this before, and now would not use any other company. Excellent and highly recommended.
