Very positive experience with Heat Pumps of Maine! The installation went very smoothly, despite it being somewhat more complicated than typical, and I was given good instruction on maintenance and use of the unit.

The technician was on time. I received communication prior to the appointment and the of morning appointment. Manny was professional, he explained what he was doing and why it was important. He was very thorough and cleaned his work area after he completed the annual maintenance clean. Thank you.
