Sierra was the best. She answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. The men arrived at the scheduled time, were efficient, pleasant and professional. They cleaned up nicely and gave me some good instructions. Dan came back a few days later to answer some other questions that I had just about figured out myself but none-the-less, came without a hitch. Great job done by all and I would highly recommend them.
If you're looking for heat pumps, just don't look any further. I got FANTASTIC advice from Dave regarding the installation. Then, Tucker and Ryan got three of those bad boys installed for me in less than four hours (and they were super nice to interact with as well). Then, to top it off, Merle did the electric just as cleanly and neatly as you please. Dave, Tucker, Ryan, Merle, Heat Pumps of Maine -- you guys are GOLDEN.
