Fantastic. I had been searching for a heat pump, and with so many different brands and prices, I wasn’t sure what to do. I called Heat Pump Solutions and the woman who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. She had me set up for an estimate right away. Mitch showed up and gave me the run through of everything. This company and more specifically the employees have taken away the anxiety that comes with a purchase such as this. Roger sent me a text this morning that Jason(plus his picture) was on his way to my house. That's added security in my mind. I knew who to expect. From my initial phone call until now has been nothing but professional. I look forward to my install next Tuesday.

Very professional installation. Was quick to schedule a meeting for quotation and answer all my questions. Had the heat pump installed within a few days. Unit looks nice with a nice and tidy installation. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
