We just purchased a Lennox slim duct unit from Heat Pump Solutions. Roger Walsh was excellent to deal with. Competent salesman, quick and efficient coordination of the equipment. Can’t give him enough credit. We didn’t have the same experience with the install team however. It was their first time installing this type of system and they were learning as they go. Electrician and two technicians installed a mini split. They were amazing! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Discussed all options for outside installation. They made sure we were following building codes while keeping wires neatly hidden away. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent company to deal with. Appointment was set up quickly, presentation to discuss product was thorough and well presented. Installation was excellent, guys were fantastic. Office contact from phone calls, emails, what to expect next etc were all followed up quickly, communication was impressive. We felt very much at ease dealing with this co. Austin arrived early to ensure he discussed the process with us. The team worked thoughout the day and into the late evening to get the work completed. Austin returned the next day, on his own time, to ensure they had all the garbage and any items that they may have missed due to it being dark when the team left. The issue I had with my mini split was not resolved after 4 service calls from another company in town. I had pretty much given up on having it repaired until I called Heat Pump Solutions and Kevin came to my home. Kevin inspected the unit and provided me with a detailed diagnostic report.
