Electrician and two technicians installed a mini split. They were amazing! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Discussed all options for outside installation. They made sure we were following building codes while keeping wires neatly hidden away. Highly recommend this company.
We had an awesome experience from the first contact with Heat pump solutions, right to the day of the install of our heat pump. Professionally designed and installed. Friendly staff, knowledgeable. Pleasure to speak with. The guys who installed our heat pump were, well, just amazing! I've had a couple of issues with my heatpumps since installation 16 months ago. Zac responded to the service calls and explained things fairly clearly, (given I don't have a lot of knowledge of the mechanics of heatpumps). He was always pleasant and presented a solution to me. I have trust in him. The office staff are also attentive, understanding and helpful.
The stand has a wobble to it. It's not secured properly. They did a great job with the electrical. Ran the wire neatly and connections all seem good. They left a scratch on the wall when installing. Unit is fitted and working great though!
