We just purchased a Lennox slim duct unit from Heat Pump Solutions. Roger Walsh was excellent to deal with. Competent salesman, quick and efficient coordination of the equipment. Can’t give him enough credit. We didn’t have the same experience with the install team however. It was their first time installing this type of system and they were learning as they go. Electrician and two technicians installed a mini split. They were amazing! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Discussed all options for outside installation. They made sure we were following building codes while keeping wires neatly hidden away. Highly recommend this company.

I had a time slot and the men were on time. My place may be a little tricky to get to but no problem gor these guys. Friendly & helpful the work was completed promptly. Before leaving they left me instructions of how to deal with the unit removed. Also ensured I understood the instructions and confirmed everything was good before they left.
It was a pleasure dealing with this company. All were professional and very knowledgeable with the client being their number one priority. I will definitely do business with this team again. Please keep up the excellent work. It doesn’t go unnoticed and is sincerely appreciated.
