Excellent company to deal with. Appointment was set up quickly, presentation to discuss product was thorough and well presented. Installation was excellent, guys were fantastic. Office contact from phone calls, emails, what to expect next etc were all followed up quickly, communication was impressive. We felt very much at ease dealing with this co. Electrician and two technicians installed a mini split. They were amazing! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Discussed all options for outside installation. They made sure we were following building codes while keeping wires neatly hidden away. Highly recommend this company.
Service was great. Roger answered all my questions and provided a reasonable quote quickly. The guys that came to do the install were friendly. The work done was very professional and looks clean and they didn't leave any mess behind. At the end one of the guys, I think Lucas, walked me through how to use the new thermostat and how to do the maintenance on the new unit. Overall very happy with the work done and the service provided.
We had an awesome experience from the first contact with Heat pump solutions, right to the day of the install of our heat pump. Professionally designed and installed. The team showed up and wasted no time. We look forward to saving money on our electric bill this winter. Thanks everyone for the great work ! Highly recommended!!
From booking the appointment to getting the heat pump installed it was an overall friendly and pleasent experience. Something i really liked was being informed via text when somebody from Heat Pump Solutions Ltd was going to arrive along with their photo. Service was great !
