Our heat pump hot water service died so I rang Sunny who came the next morning and diverted our hot water to element only so we had hot water to shower. He organised a replacement heat pump water system within 2 days which was great as we were advised from another company it would take 10 days. We are very happy with his prompt and professional service and humorous attitude.
