Highly recommended. Heatplan did an incredible job with my central heating installation. Very professional, extremely customer focused, and delivered everything on time and to budget.
Heat plan did a fantastic job fitting our new radiators. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. The installation was neat and efficient, and he left everything spotless. The apartment looks great now :) Can’t recommended Scott enough!
Had to call a plumber following a water leak from the en-suite. Insurance tried to instruct a partial fix and Heat Plan explained the complexities and challenges if a partial fix were done, supporting us to challenge the insurance company. Heat plan took care of everything from ordering the items we needed, arranging inspection and measuring of the space with a supplier, all goods arrived on the morning of the work starting. Scott was excellent. He gave us a competitive price and completed the work for a new boiler very quickly and with no fuss. Great guy and company.
Just had a combi boiler installed and my old baxi back boiler removed. I must praise the team, especially Scott for service and lack of mess and upheavel, which i dreaded, these guys are professional. After sales care 100 %. I would highly recommended.
