Terrible customer service - probably a front company for a foreign owned manufacturer. Want a $5K fireplace? You will get a call in 2 mins. Need service, no online documentation, dealers ask you to leave a message. Very basic problems require a $250 service call.

I have had one of your fireplaces for almost a year. Intellifire and the remote never worked until a couple of weeks ago when I FINALLY got a person to help me. Cassie was her name and she was great. Then a couple of days later the fan went out. FINALLY got someone to come out and they said they had to order fan relays and a new remote. Remove the front glass panel - okay not too big an issue. 2. Remove the bottom access panel - okay very easy. 3. Pull out the fan and reach in to access the battery receptacle - not too bad but not easy. 4. Add batteries - easy. 5. Switch the re... read more

I wish I would have read review here and on houzz. These people sell shoddy fireplaces and mine was no exception. Has been trouble since day one. Would never buy one of these again. In addition, our local dealer is terrible with mostly terrible reviews so is seems to be hard to offer good service when you are selling garbage. STAY AWAY FROM HEAT GLO
