Larry made a same-day house call to our cabin after a neighbor noticed a low thermostat reading. He restarted the furnace and drained the water heater tank. Prompt, efficient service, I highly recommend.

I asked Larry Johnson to find a leak in my heat pump refrigerant, and refill the system. To his credit, he found a loose connection and tightened it. Then he hooked up a tank of refrigerant and fiddled with the valve on the outdoor unit. But he didn't weigh how much refrigerant went in, and left while I was turning on the cooling to test it.
