Peninsula Heat installed a ductless system in my home that provides heat and air. Professional installation and courteous installer. Recently needed work on it and the technician was early! Not like most that make you wait through a four hour window and then show up late. Steve called and communicated with me for both visits. Highly recommend Peninsula Heat!
We had a recent inspection done on our heat pump. We found out why our cooling unit was not working in just a matter of a few minutes. Our Tech was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Prices were very reasonable too. He did not ding us for extra labor when he found out that we had to have a part replaced. I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service, first by the sales person who evaluated our need, then by installers. They took care of all the permitting and rebate. It took half the estimated time to complete the job, and they cleaned up their minimal mess. I only wish the installer had the expertise and responsibility to help set it up for use with my phone app. I have not figured that part out yet. This is a great company. They show up when they say they are going to, honor the price they quoted you, and do a great job efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about Peninsula Heat Company. We recently purchased one of their heat pumps and it is so quiet and efficient. The installer and electrician were well organized, they had it installed in less than a day, and they complete all of the permits and energy rebates for you.
Wow! What a great company to work with from start to finish! We were without heat when our furnace was reg tagged right before Thanksgiving! Peninsula Heat was really there for us - they had us up and running quickly and smoothly at a competitive price. We love our new heat pump system!
