Joe arrived promptly on time with a smile. Worked efficiently in the dusty basement. He vacuumed the furnace but politely said no to vacuuming the rest of the house. Great job, Joe. I will gladly recommend Heat and Kool To friends, family, and neighbors.
As I was finishing packing to leave for a weekend trip at noon the next day, my water heater died. I’m glad I caught it before I left for the weekend and was able to turn off the water. I called at 4:45pm, the service person was here with the heater by 8:45am and done by 10:25am the next morning. Heat and cool inc. a woman owned business, exceeded expectations. A plus for professionalism, attentiveness and respect from all I spoke with.
Joey Marrocco did an absolutely phenomenal job today. He was so incredibly helpful and did such a thorough job. I highly recommend using Joey for any and all HVAC concerns. I will not be calling anyone else besides him! He was efficient, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable of everything. 1000/10 recommend!!! I can’t say enough positive things about him!

I live in an apartment complex in Webster and my AC broke down the other day. Our maintenance team looked at it and called Heat and Kool. Today on 8-24-26 Daniel from Heat and Kool came to repair the system and he found the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Daniel was amazing! An outstanding technician and a very pleasant and friendly person to talk to. I appreciate his gifted skills to repair my AC quickly and leave me in such a good mood. Too bad I can't give Daniel and Heat and Kool 10 stars! -Linda K.
