Joey the technician was fantastic. Personable, professional, knowledgeable.
Had a couple minor issues after install but Joey was an amazing Technician and she's running great now! Definitely Recommend Heat & Kool to anyone in need. Chad in Sales was excellent as well.
I highly recommend Joey Marrocco! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and found that it had a refrigerant leak. He explained everything clearly, repaired the leak, and got our AC running perfectly again. Joey was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient from start to finish. It’s hard to find someone who is both skilled and trustworthy, and he definitely exceeded our expectations. If you need HVAC work done, don’t hesitate to call Heat and Kool!
Had a Commercial A/C issue. They were on site with in hours. Very nice and knowledgeable repairmen. Would highly recommend.
