I was asked to pay over £800 for a design consultation as part of a new service, despite having already signed up for a consultation at £250. This felt misleading. A business cannot introduce new services, raise charges after a customer has signed up, and then insist on an upgrade. Heat Geek should have simply honoured the original offering available at the time of my purchase.
Hi looked at all the sections to go through but as I ran my own building company for over 20 years I would never pay up front for any work carried out on my home because In never took any payment off customers until they were completely happy with the finished work I would be than happy to have them come out and do survey on my property and give the price off the complete system materials and labour. thanks Pete.
After a great deal of research and communicating with a number of Heating Engineers who were specifying 12kw ASHP it quickly became apparent that I knew more about ASHPs than they did.
