If you have watched the YouTube and think you want an installation from a professional team, then I can recommend Heat Geek. My installation did not run smoothly but customer service is about what you do when things go wrong. The team where responsive, worked through the issues and double checked at the end. It is not likely to be the cheapest quote but the installation is doing what they promised.
Highly recommend. Would recommend Heat Geek if you're looking for a heat pump installed and looking for a professional team and peace of mind that you have a prodthat works and professional support
I'm very pleased with my choice of installation specialists, Liam and his team fitted our heatpump with a professional attitude and the calculations done beforehand, combinated in the system doing a great job of keeping our home toasty during the very harsh months of the winter. Plus an efficiency that we're very pleased with, giving us savings that wouldn't be possible without a total upgrade of our pipework, radiators, and professionally installed heatpump.
Brilliant team, brilliant knowledge, cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and are still doing for myself and the company , not to mention what they are doing for the industry.
Well they talk the talk but unfortunately don't walk the walk, just want to make YouTube videos. Contacted the four nearest heat geeks to service and help optimise my heat pump settings. Only one bothered to respond and just wanted to book in an expensive service. When I mentioned optimising settings, he said "that should have been done by the installer". So on the one hand the mantra is "get the system optimised" but in reality they just want to cherry pick the easiest/most profitable jobs. Very disappointed. As for respons... read more
