This company sent Marlon to my mother's house to do a quote. She wanted me to see it before signing, and he left, saying he would get an electrical copy sent to me. Nothing happened. So she called up to chase. The lady who answered the phone said it would be looked into, without taking her details, and then hung up. Do better.
Fully recommend the surveyors were polite, friendly and professional,especially Darren and Sonya from customer service also very polite, friendly and professional.
Just had them fit Heat Pump and Solar Panels under Eco4 . Everything started good and staff were very friendly and polite . When goods started arriving on site I found the quality radiators in the specification had been substituted with cheap ones . They replaced these when I refused to let the plumbers fit them. Same thing happened with the TRVs , these were not as critical so I let them fit those. The contractors that did our ASHP were good. Just had John and Paul fit our heat pump system what an absolute credit they are they worked tirelessly and to a very high standard and they are 2 lovely blokes aswell.still waiting on some bits to be finished at a later date but you should be very proud to have 2 tradesmen like them on your team what an asset they are
Such poor performance, they never answer the phone, when they do they say with will get back to you but never do, whey they actually do some work it’s poor quality and they do the quickest and easiest way possible, they book dates in and don’t turn up. Such poor service. I have had such a bad experience with LMF. Can’t wait to get rid of them.
