Thanks to the whole team at Heat Different. The job was completed as agreed and to our satisfaction. A leak did occur during the commissioning process which is likely to have caused considerable delay for other installers. Heat Different resolved this problem with little fuss/mess. Heat Different were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and came out for a visit. We were looking at replacing our LPG boiler with an air source heat pump under the Boiler upgrade scheme grant (BUS grant). During the visit, a lot of questions were answered. Heat Different provided us with two options, one for a Viessman ASHP and the other for a Steibel Eltron ASHP. We decided to go for a Viessman Vitocal 150-A. Brilliant Norwich based company. High quality heat pump equipment installed, with equally good installation. Very helpful and friendly people throughout. Highly recommended.
