Had Brad out today was on time very polite and thorough luckily it was a simple quick fix and was honest with the fact our unit was under warranty would strongly recommend
Brad from heatcool today has been sensational he came when our old aircon broke in our heatwave. Gave us a quote on a new system and within a couple of days we were back to being cool. He was professional with us he said he would get things done and he did: The unit was installed in 2 days what a turnaround in time especially being busy in summer I would assume. Thanks to Brad and his team for helping out and highly recommend him to anyone
Wow what can I say….. Brad today has gone above and beyond, in the rain too. Had to go and get a part and he came back to fix my gas heating system. Really impressed with your efforts Brad thank you so much. ☺️
Brad supplied and fitted a replacement split a/c system for us. The one we had was at end of life and hadn’t worked for a while. The job was done promptly and he and his colleague arrived when they said they would. After the installation the tidy-up was great … thanks guy … good job.
